1.Water
 One of the most  important things that you can do  for the smooth and glowing skin is drinking water .  Your aim should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day that helps your body flush  out toxic ans waste. However, avoid the sugary  drinks, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
 also try to eat the fruits   and vegetable that are highly water content and will help to improve  your skin health an appearance.

2. Lemon Juice
 the lemon juice can be used to cleanse  your skin  lighter spots and scars, as well as soften and smooth it.
 The lemon is great  natural cleanser for people who have oily skin.
- Tp lighter the skin you can use the lemon juice and apply it to your  entire face and neck. Leave it  on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off  with the lukewarm water. And you can do it dairly or several times a week.
-For soft,smothy  skin , mix  the lemon juice from half a lemon and one egg white Apply it to your  face. Leave  it on  for 10 minutes  and repeat once or twice a week.

3. Tomatoes
 Fresh tomatoes  is an excellence  natural skin toner, Honey, Tea Tree Oil,ALoe Vera
